Refusing to use balanced training (instead opting for medication or euthanasia*) in cases of dangerous and/or antisocial behaviour tells me more about you than it does the dog in question.
Now we know correct balanced training is NOT synonymous with abuse, we should be seeing less dogs looking for new homes; less dogs in the waiting room of death; less dogs pumped full of medication.
Of course you can’t know what you don’t know, and there are a lot of professionals not staying in their lane, giving unfair advice. You can’t help falling victim to one of those.
But let’s say you do know all about balanced training and you do know that reasonable consequence may help your dog have a second chance, but you still won’t go down that road.
Well then I think your behavioural problems are worse than the dog’s 😂
*medication & euthanasia are of course necessary in some situations
